Southeast Hockey Officials Association, Washington D. C. metropolitan area
"The atmosphere was also great for the game and Jarrod of SportsAnnouncing.com deserves a special note for the fact that he had the schedule of events down to the minute and kept the crowd in the game as well in his usual outstanding manner.  I am sure the 600+ fans at the game sure appreciated his efforts.  I know the officiating crew did."--Bud Sterling, referee/scheduler

Eleventh Annual Gonzaga National Capital Hockey Tournament, Washington, D. C.
"Jarrod just finished our 41 game event, the Purple Puck a.k.a. the National Capital Hockey Tournament held Dec. 26-30 at Ft. Dupont Ice Arena in S.E. Washington.  When you run these kind of events you are always worried about who will show when they are suppose to.  Everyday when I entered the rink at about 6 a.m., it was Jarrod who was there behind me.  When I left at about 12 a.m., it was Jarrod who I walked with to the car.  As I watched the games I did a double-take the first time I saw Jarrod skate out to move the nets for the Zamboni. When our volunteers had difficulty with the clock it was Jarrod who quickly fixed it and schooled them in how to do it. Jarrod's command of the booth kept the games on track. Jarrod's charisma in the booth had the volunteers come away impressed enough to tell and re-tell what happened while they were timing or scoring."--Chris Ganssle, Purple Puck Co-Chair

Holly Springs Youth Football and Cheerleading Program, Holly Springs, North Carolina
"You had all the parents talking last night at practice!  They LOVED YOU!  Good job.   They can't wait for the next game."--Chris Dickson, parent

Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex, Williamsburg, Virginia
"You've done things with our sound system we or the DJ could never do.  It's the best it's ever sounded."--Ben Loyall, General Manager Williamsburg Warriors

Major League Roller Hockey, Alexandria, Virginia
"I was just out in CA for last weekend's games, and was mightily turned off by the announcer they had out there. Not only were his cut tracks totally extraneous to the game at hand and penalties called, but he didn't have a decent announcers presentation (read: voice). He knows the rules well, but that was his only saving grace. Basically, we think you rock."--Steve Seegar, President

Langley High School, Langley, Virginia
"Thanks for working with us this past season.  You help to make the games very entertaining."--Rob Faktorow, Head Coach

Hylton High School, Manassas, Virginia
"The club really appreciates the presentation you gave on [Senior] night.  It was awesome, especially from the bench perspective.  To see the players get involved with some of your selections and then express afterwards that it was one of the most entertaining games they had played in says a lot for what you were able to do."--Fred Singletary, Head Coach

Woodbridge/Potomac Ice Hockey, Woodbridge, Virginia
"I wanted to let you know that the fans enjoyed the game and your selection of music and announcements.  I talked with a few high school students and they were very happy that you were there announcing and playing music."--Tony Weist, team representative

Centreville High School, Centreville, Virginia
"He did several high school games last year.  He makes the game an event and an incredible experience for the spectators.  He plays warm up music, music between whistles, and commentary on the game during non play times.  He even finishes with the 3 stars of the game.   He is definitely worth his fee and will create an MCI Center atmosphere."--George Sexton

Herndon High School, Herndon, Virginia
"I sent a note [to Jeff Nygaard] verifying how good of a job you do in case anyone asked - the word I used was 'excellent!'  I was thrilled to find out you're returning to the area - and to local ice hockey.  All of us that you did announcing for have commented several times that the games just don't seem the same without you there!"--Theresa Bender

Modesto Athletics, Modesto, California
"He's the best Public Address announcer in Minor League Baseball"--Greg Coleman, General Manager

Visalia Oaks, Visalia, California
"He does a great job with the music and entertainment.  I enjoyed our visit."--Jen Whitely, General Manager
