The search for the new Nebraska football P. A. announcer is finally over as Nate Rohr was tabbed to take over on July 27.

The News Herald:  Nate Rohr named public address announcer at Memorial Stadium

Rohr is not new to the school as he’s been the play-by-play announcer for Nebraska softball and has worked with the road broadcast of Husker football as a spotter and statistician, along with play-by-play for Time Warner Cable Nebraska football and basketball broadcasts.

This would have run sooner, however there have been a lot of media reports and we wanted to include as many as possible.
