George Davis gets to watch his grandson play high school football after years of having him as a guest in the pressbox.  For Blake Davis, it’s a great feeling knowing that his grandfather is there, and he can hear him over the crowd noise after every play.

George began announcing at the school in 1992 with girls volleyball.  As most good announcers do, he expanded to other sports including football.
