The last two weeks, we’ve posted about some forgotten songs of the 1990’s that would be good to have in your collection to turn to for a nice change of page.  This week, we’re adding more and more of the songs that we’ve received from others who have suggested songs.

There She Goes – The La’s

This song is so 90’s, but actually from the 80’s.  Here is why we’re including it on this list as it is the original version that Sixpence None the Richer made extremely popular in the 90’s.

Don’t You Want Me – Felix

Have you forgotten that techno got it’s mainstream appeal in the 90’s and it was songs like this that helped.  Can be used as a bed, for upbeat moments, and even walk-in if you want to help increase the tempo.  Good call David Evans who submitted this one (among many others).

Keep on Movin’ – Five

When you want an obscure 90’s song, well this is right there.  It’s one of those that you may think was just released, or if you’re familiar with the 90’s, you’ll go, “oooooooh yeahhhhhhhh”.  It has a 90’s sound that works today and is one of those songs that could very well be placed on the radio today.  Upbeat, rallies, and walk-in.

Elastica – Connection

Oh yeah I remember that song.  Mid 90’s hit that was one of those songs I just could not find nor could anyone identify when it was on the radio and the DJs just wouldn’t say the name of the song!  It wasn’t until Burn Notice came out on the USA Network in the 2000’s and used this as one of its songs that I was finally able to identify it.  One of those you feel so good about after finding it.

Bring It All Back – S Club 7

We heard from them a couple of weeks ago, this is a good upbeat song that can be used for walk-in or even sneak in early in games.  Give it a shot and relive some of your 90’s feel!

Cannonball – The Breeders

Just wait for the bass line to hit and you’ll remember this one.  It was all over the 90’s after being released in 1993.  Then somehow, it magically disappeared only to pop up here and there.  You can use this for bed music as the vocals aren’t too prominent in the song.
