Last week we came out with a great list of music. This week continues that trend of newer music that you can incorporate into your game production. This is some newer stuff that’s giving hope that the music industry is ready to deliver more music that can be used in important situations.

JuJu On That Beat (TZ Anthem) – Zay Hilfigerrr & Zayion McCall

This is the new “it” song with high school and college crowds. There’s a dance, there’s a request, and there’s 1,000 more requests to play it again.  It’s also a really short song compared to most which would fit well with media timeouts and dance cam.

Play That Song – Train

Do you have a song poll? This would be an excellent bed song when you want to update the standings, but you don’t want to play one of the songs.

Surfin’ – Kid Cudi featuring Pharrell Williams

A fun beat and a fun hook, however make sure to get the radio edit.

Believer – Major Lazer

Has a very good rally, crowd pump quality when the beat drops. Could see some teams incorporating this as a power play song or a crowd pump to get the crowd to make noise.

A Different World – Korn featuring Corey Taylor

Another good song for hockey warm-ups as Korn has been known to produce in the past. Could also be used prior to the start of the show as it has a full sound with a lot of ear candy. Could also see the possibility of a team using this for a reentry video.

Really Doe – Danny Brown

You need a radio version of this song, but could hear it used for basketball games, or the instrumental could provide a good beat during play. You could loop the chorus for bad calls.

Would I Lie To You – David Guetta

Yes, we like David Guetta, ever since hit sampling of Steve Winwood many years ago, Guetta has never failed to delivered and this song is a remake of the Charles & Eddie song which is in our Disputes & Ejections playlist. This one will go there as well.

Go Robot – Red Hot Chili Peppers

A fun song for walk-in or to drop anytime you need a RHCP song. At this point, you can play anything they’ve come out with and it will be well received.

Waste A Moment – Kings of Leon

Possibly for hockey warm-up? Yep, give it a listen.

Hardwired – Metallica

What you know of Metallica, just newer. Warm-up or in-game hockey, football, etc.
